Feudal Earl of Northumbria

An Escheat and Extinct Title. No one actually holds this title. It can ONLY be re-issued by the Crown

This title is Escheat (returned to the Crown).

It can only be re-issued by the Crown

Be very wary of any company trying to sell this title. Companies like Manorial Counsel Ltd and Nobility rip people off. This title CANNOT be sold as genuine. It can only be re-issued by the Crown.

Remember that genuine titles fetch the following values:

Lord of the Manor from £7,500 - £200,000

Feudal Barony (England) from £100,000 - £2 million

Feudal Barony (Scotland) from £95,000 - £2 million

Scottish Laird - this has to come with a considerable number of acres of land which are registered. 1sq ft of land hold no validity.

Feudal Earldom (Scotland/England) from £2 million and these are extremely rare.

An Epitome of Title does not prove ownership nor the validity of a manorial or feudal title.

A Possessory Title is not a manorial or feudal title - it is the quiet enjoyment of the name of a title only.

WARNING - Don't be ripped off by any company/platform selling this title for a ridiculous price of anything between £10,000 and £30,000 with their solicitors placing a notice on the Official Gazette to mislead you into thinking that you hold a genuine title. Manorial Counsel, Nobility.co. and others do not sell genuine titles. A genuine Feudal Earldom Title is rare, however, the last one that came up for sale fetched over £2 million
