This list is being added more escheat titles as we continue to research titles. It does not take long to find out if a title is escheat or extinct. Many manors and titles are extinct when they have been taken over by other manors or barony's.
An Escheat title can be purchased from the Crown through the Crown's solicitors. It is a costly process and one needs a budget of at least £30,000. However, these are the very best titles one can buy and are worth a fortune once purchased. All you need do is to get your solicitor to contact the Crown's solicitors with details of the title you wish to purchase. A title issued by the Crown is vastly superior to any other title.
