This is of course an invalid title and the notice on the Official Gazette has been placed fraudulently by Hattons solicitors who work with Manorial Co0unsel Ltd. This company and their complicit solicitors grossly mislead their clients into thinking that they hold a genuine title . 

The holder does not possess a genuine title. The actual Feudal Earldom of Hereford is extinct and as such only the Crown can reissue this title and not a fraudulent company or their complicit solicitors. 

Genuine Feudal Earldom titles rarely come up for sale and when any do they fetch prices in excess of £2 million. We have scrutinised the company accounts of Manorial Counsel Ltd for the period in which the Official Gazette notice states the transfer of this bogus title. Nothing in their accounts reflect the true price of a rare and genuine feudal earldom title. We see sales however of £15,000 and £25,000 ad therefore we suspect the unwitting client paid Manorial Counsel Ltd either one of these values.

We strongly suggest that the holder seeks advice from Michael Baxendale of Newhall Solicitors with regard to claiming his money back. There is not a time limit in which to claim money back for a title that was sold with grossly misleading paperwork.   See Noble Titles Scam
